Whale - Orca & Humpback, Sealion, and Bear Optional Watching, Hot Lunch

Our Orca Day Trips includes lunch and focuses on whale watching (bear watching at select times of the season) with a sea kayak option. Species seen on each of trips include, sealions, seals, eagles, humpback whales, sea otter, white-sided dolphins, Dall's Porpoise, colourful waterfowl and the possibilities of seeing bears along remote shorelines. Our land craft boat offers a unique platform for wildlife viewing. It combines a 14' cabin and a 16' deck with a 360 degree view of nature. Lunch is included on each trip (dietary consideration are accommodated). We focus on the core areas where wildlife is visible and abundant. And we work with a network of folks in the sea kayaking and whale watching community to get the best whale experience for our day trips

Orca Day Trips depart from Port McNeill at 8:30 am, returning at 4:00 pm. We reserve the right to stay out longer if whales are in the area of our basecamp.
